Pendant les op\u00e9rations de rechargement, les bouchons en b\u00e9ton au-dessus du puits du r\u00e9acteur sont enlev\u00e9s et remplac\u00e9s par de l&rsquo;eau. Cet espace rempli d&rsquo;eau devient une source de rayonnement et de contamination.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;ONP a con\u00e7u un syst\u00e8me sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 pour r\u00e9pondre aux probl\u00e8mes de blindage de cette zone. Voici quelques-unes de ces exigences :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bien caler dans l&rsquo;espace int\u00e9rieur du soufflet<\/li>\n<li>Faire chevaucher les pi\u00e8ces de blindage pour \u00e9viter le ruissellement<\/li>\n<li>Cr\u00e9er une barri\u00e8re FME<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9siste aux pi\u00e9tinements<\/li>\n<li>Les poign\u00e9es permettent une installation rapide et efficace<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9valuer les substances lixiviables et la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion dans l&rsquo;eau.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour cette derni\u00e8re exigence, NPO a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un nouveau mat\u00e9riau T-Flex\u00ae, l&rsquo;acier inoxydable. La r\u00e9sistance naturelle de l&rsquo;acier inoxydable \u00e0 la corrosion dans l&rsquo;eau convenait parfaitement \u00e0 ce projet.
